PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film having high gas-barrier properties exceeding the water-vapor permeability [about 0.5-2 g/m².day (40°C, 90% RH)] of a conventional alumina-deposited film or a silica-deposited film.;SOLUTION: In the composite film, an ultra-high gas-barrier layer 6 comprising a thin film layer 4 of a metal oxide and an overcoat layer 5 is laminated on A base material film 2 as required through a primer layer 3.
