PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money coupon enclosing system, a form set for sending money coupons and a method of enclosing money coupons which are capable of enclosing a quantity of money coupons to be surely delivered into an envelope to be sent to the recipient therefor. PSOLUTION: The money coupon enclosing system encloses gift coupons 150 into envelopes 400 to be sent to a plurality of recipients and is characterized in that it is provided with a determining part 12 that determines whether or not a piece of recipient identifying information, attached respectively to gift coupons 150 enclosed in respective gift coupon envelopes 200 for respective recipients for identifying the proper recipient for the respective gift coupons 150, indicates the same recipient as a piece of addressee identification information attached to an envelope 400 that identifies the addressee to whom the envelope is to be sent, and with an enclosing device 80 that encloses an envelope 200' into an envelope 400' when the determining part 12 determines that both indicate an identical recipient.
