PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening part structure for a building and a relocation construction method for the building having the fastening part capable of improving precision of the building as a whole by reconstruction with improved connecting precision higher than that of the previously constructed one during reassembly in a relocation site.;SOLUTION: When building units of a unit building 5 are connected together again in relocation after screw engagement between bolt members 17 and 18 and a nut member is released for removing them from existing bolt holes 15 and 16, replacement with a bolt member 22 is carried out so that a difference between an outside diameter dimension d2 of an external thread part 22a and an inside diameter dimension d3 of the bolt hole 15 is set to be 1 mm or less, and the outside diameter dimension of the external thread part 22a approximates the inside diameter dimension of the bolt hole.
