KNOWLEDGE STORAGE SUPPORT SYSTEM, MESSAGE READING TYPE SETTING METHOD AND REPLY MESSAGE PROCESSING METHOD FOR THE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge storage support system by which each of users can effectively utilize knowledge collected/stored by a favorite interface. SOLUTION: A community server 122 classifies and stores messages exchanged between users on a virtual community for each of topics. Besides, this community server 122 is provided with a reading type setting part 129 and provides the way of reading a message contributed to the virtual community for each of users and a device for selecting a reading type therefor to each of users and a predetermined manager user. Then, this reading type setting part 129 manages the reading type of each of users for each of communities by using a reading type table 203 in community managing information 124 and changes the reading type in this reading type table 203 according to the requests of the respective users and the manager user.
