An insertion guiding rail 26 for prescribing an insertion position of the building central column 24 to the central position is put on the holder 22. The building central column 24 is suspended by a suspending device 30 through a cable stopping tool 44 and a suspension supporting member 32, and it is vertically suspended by gravity. After a concrete 56 has been placed, the building central pillar 24 is fitted in an unsolidified concrete while positioning the building central pillar by the guiding rail 26. Gauges 46 for positioning the erecting position to the central position by coming into contact with the guiding rail 26 are integrally provided along the longitudinal direction on the circumference of the suspension supporting member 32 and the building central column 24.
