PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test sand for investigating marine sand drifts being manufacturable through simple processes and easy to identify during analysis.;SOLUTION: The test sand for investigating marine sand drifts which has a specific gravity about equal to that of a sea sand is provided by adding single waste glass or a metallic compound of high density, represented by zinc oxides. In addition, a coloring metallic compound is added to provide the test sand that is easy to identify during analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
