PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize the differentiation of a commodity and to reflects a variety of needs of in individual customers in the development of a new commodity by carrying out all processes of the planning and development to the sale of a commodity through 'the exchange of opinions among people, media, and the maker using media such as the Internet or magazines'. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a WWW server 33 which gives notice of commodity planning information regarding the planning and development of the new commodity to many and unspecified customers 31 to 3n and a news server 35 which gathers opinion information of the customers 31 to 3n who have browsed the commodity planning and development information; and the WWW server 33 gives notice of the commodity information meeting the customer's needs based upon the opinion information to the customers 31 to 3n .
