PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that only articles, information, data, etc., which are actually exist, can be bought and sold by using a network and a vague thing like a desire that buyers have can not be actualized and bought.;SOLUTION: Information when exchanged between a buyer 05 and a seller 06 in a market constituted by using a network is bought and sold by using a means for actualizing the desire that buyer 13 has and written specifications consisting of specifications implementing the means and the vague desire that the 1 has is securely transmitted to the seller 15.
