PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a credit card member shop to recover accounts receivable in an early stage and to accelerate the utilization of credit cards by the increase of the credit card member shops by making a credit card company purchase the credit immediately after a customer utilizes a credit card and the credit transaction is approved and pay a charge to the credit card member shop within one or two days after the purchase date of the credit.;SOLUTION: A credit settlement server 40a used in a method for enabling the credit card member shop 23 to recover the accounts receivable in an early stage utilizing factoring is provided with a credit authentication processing means for judging whether to approve the credit transaction, a credit settlement processing means for settling the approved credit transaction, and a factoring utilization confirmation processing means for judging whether the approved credit transaction is utilizing a factoring service.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
