PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nursing work support technology and a nursing work support system capable of allowing all nurses to have the same information, preventing medical malpractice which would be caused by patient misidentification, etc., and preventing that nursing work from being forgotten or delayed. SOLUTION: The nursing work support system comprises nursing work databases DB1 to DB6 for storing and managing data of nursing work scheduled every nurse U, a searching means 11 for searching the nursing work databases DB1 to DB6, a transmitting means 12 for transmitting the result of the search to mobile communication terminals 2, a receiving means 13 for receiving nursing work completion data transmitted by radio from the mobile communication terminals 2, and a data storing means 14 for storing the received nursing work completion data in the nursing work databases DB1 to DB6.
