An apparatus is provided for communicating Health Care Data from a Transmitter to a receiver. The apparatus has a First Computer System, a Second Computer System, and a Rules Engine. The First Computerized Health Care information is stored in the same.The Second computer system is in operable communication with and is configured to extract Data from the Health Care from the first computer system. The Rules Engine normalizes the data of Health Care from a predefined format.The Rules Engine defines a Plurality of data fields of Health Care in the default format, as well as a Plurality of relations between the fields of standardized Data.
