Agglomeration of high-potency sweeteners (I) to improve their handling properties is effected by (a) mixing (I) with an agglomerating agent (II) and a small amt. of solvent to form a dust-free, non-flowing, crumbly, damp mixt., (b) drying the mixt., and (c) converting the prod. into particles within a predetermined size range.
