The proposed unipolar electric machine contains a casing, a magnetic circuit with an armature winding, which is installed in the casing, and an inductor with excitation permanent magnets, which is installed at the shaft of the machine. The magnetic circuit contains two hollow laminated cylindrical cores, which are assembled from annular plates or segments and joined by several magnetic jumpers, which are regularly spaced along the circumference of each core. The magnetic circuit cores are installed in the machine casing with a gap between the cores. The armature winding contains several sections, which are arranged at the magnetic circuit cores between the magnetic jumpers or partially or completely in the slots of the cores. The outside slots of the magnetic circuit core are displaced relative to the inside slots by a specified angle. The sections of the armature winding are connected in series, in parallel, or in series-parallel. The inductor with the excitation permanent magnets is installed in the gap between the magnetic circuit cores.
