Identification of cotton verticilosis pathotypes consists of extraction of verticillium dahliae DNA for amplification and electrophoresis

Identification of cotton verticilosis pathotypes comprising extraction of the DNA of Verticillium dahliae for amplification by analysis of amplified polymorphic DNA, is new. The amplified products are separated by electrophoresis to detect the presence of DNA bands associated with the D and ND pathotypes of V. dahliae.
