A system and method for enhancing a person's self-understanding,visualization, and motivation aredisclosed. One or more multimedia screens are displayed for the person toselect as representing a preferredfuture. In response to the person's selections, additional multimedia screensare displayed for a person toselect as representing possible aspects for the person's preferred future. Asthe person selects multimediascreens, the person builds a clear vision of his or her preferred future andbecomes motivated to act to makethe preferred future a reality.
