The subject invention lies in the field of malignant diseases. More specifically in the field of squamous cell carcinoma and bladder carcinoma. The invention covers diagnosis and treatment of such forms of carcinoma. In particular the determination of the presence and treatment of minimal residual disease, micrometastases or dissemination of such carcinoma types as well as the means to be applied in such methods like the encoding nucleic acid sequences, constructs in expression vectors, proteins/peptides comprising epitopes and specific antibodies are described.
