The invention solves the technical problem by building up a system of pipes or hoses disposed upon the basic transmission wheel that does not allow loss of the already lifted liquid. The continual filling of the hoses with liquid and its spilling into the collector is able by specific construction of the hose disposition upon the basic transmission wheel. After the filling of the hoses with liquid, it spills through the ends into the collector. The center of gravity of the liquid in each of the hoses, after the first filling circle, is moved for small distance from the vertical wheel axes. The hose disposition constructed as an Archimedean, logarithmic, hyperbolic or some other kind of spiral. The device allows separation of the driving and working part of the basic wheel or placement of the working wheel where the hose disposition is performed between two legs of the driving part with blades.
