A kind of system and equipment, in order to provide engine realtimeinformation Business-to-Business (B2B) by telecommunications devcice in telecommunication system. The telecommunication installation includes subscriber identity module (SIM) card and with unit, and real time information is sent to B2B engines. In a feature of the present invention, which can collect and constitute the message including real time information with SIM card and real time information is sent to B2B engines. Real time information is being received, B2B engines transfer real time information and are supplied to information service provider, then, provide data/service of content to telecommunication installation.
