PURPOSE: A wireless communication device and method having maximum channel capacity is provided to minimize the quantity of a feedback signal and maximize channel capacity by feeding back only information about transmission powers assigned to the first transmission antennas. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(10) assigns a transmission power of each baseband signal including an information signal from the outside using feedback information, modulates the baseband signal using the transmission power, converts the baseband signals into RF(Radio Frequency) signals, and transmits the RF signals. A receiving unit(20) estimates channel reaction while the RF signals are transmitted, recovers the information signal from the RF signals using the estimated channel reaction, calculates the transmission powers using the estimated channel reaction, and transmits information about the transmission powers to the transmitting unit(10) by wireless.
