Communication System and Method of Clinical Data through Clinical Paradigm

PURPOSE: A clinical data transmission system and method is provided to code symptoms, signs, clinical diagnosis, medication and other general data on an individual patient for being processed at a computer, and to introduce a clinical pattern set by selecting at least one among the coded data so that it can increase an efficiency of a data transmission among a doctor, a medical specialist and a patient. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a log-in step(10), a data display step(20), a clinical pattern setting and storing step(30, 40), a clinical pattern extraction step(50), a clinical data transmission step(60), and a new clinical data storing step(70). In the clinical pattern setting and storing step(30, 40), a data user sets a new clinical pattern according to a disease state of a patient and stores the new set clinical pattern at a database in a case that there exists no clinical pattern on a patient. In the clinical pattern extraction step(50), the data user extracts the clinical pattern and corresponding clinical data from the database, and in the data transmission step(60), receives the extracted data via a terminal. In the new clinical data storing step(70), the data user diagnoses the patient based on the transmitted clinical data and stores the new diagnosis data on the patient at the database.
