PURPOSE: A method for a sky AD(ADvertisement) is provided to attract an intention of a user without taking a specified position of a web page or an e-mail and to float the AD content to a screen according to environment setting such as an expression method, range, speed, frequency and a time. CONSTITUTION: If the user connects to the web page or receives the e-mail, the AD is floated on the web page or the e-mail(S120). If a mouse cursor passes through the floating AD, the stream of the AD is stopped(S130). If the mouse cursor passes through the stopper AD, the stream of the AD is floated again(S140). In case that an execution frequency and the time are passed by, the AD is removed from the web page or the e-mail(S150). The AD method includes a server module inserting an AD file having the AD contents into the web page or the e-mail, and setting up the AD execution environment including the expression method, the AD range, the speed, the frequency and the time.
