PURPOSE: A compressed air motor generator system, by hollow state variation of a cylindrical ring tube weight moving through the swing of the conical pendulum and by fluidity of locked-up fluids, is provided to obtain efficient compressed air. CONSTITUTION: In a compressed air motor generator system by hollow state variation of a cylindrical ring tube weight moving through the swing of the conical pendulum and by fluidity of locked-up fluids, a right hollow state(9) and a left hollow state(18) of a cylindrical ring tube weight(10) are formed by forming the surface of a fluid(11) shut up to the cylindrical ring tube weight and by shutting up the fluid. A system upper support shaft(29) is coupled with a bearing(20) by a joining pin(21). Accordingly, the swing of conical pendulum is smoothly performed to the cylindrical ring tube weight. An uneven insertion groove(23) is formed to the upper part of a cylindrical ring support shaft(19) so as to prevent the wing of the conical pendulum from slowly stopping by air resistance given to the cylindrical ring tube weight when cylindrical ring tube weight works by the swing of the conical pendulum, and by various resistances caused by the mechanical operation of the system. The reciprocating motion force of a hydraulic piston(25) is transmitted to the cylindrical ring tube weight to make the swing of the conical pendulum continuously worked, by coupling the hydraulic piston to the upper part of the cylindrical ring support shaft, fitting a hydraulic piston-joining pin(22).
