PURPOSE: A device and a method for a decision-making and strategy conference are provided to extend the flexibility and the usability on an application by applying an algorithm for modifying, searching and applying a request for a new pattern. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge input terminal(100) previously receives a conference theme or various kinds of information. A web server(200) checks each situation and processes the conference progress by receiving the data transmitted from the knowledge input terminal(100) through an Internet web browser and reasoning the data. A vision sharing tool(300) shares the situation and the information with the participants of the conference. A database(400) stores the data processed by the web server(200). The vision sharing tool(300) includes at least one or more plane screen and an additional device. The data stored in the database(400) is the data reasoned and processed by the information and the knowledge based on a regulated form.
