PURPOSE: A system and method for a qualifying examination of a computer maintenance and a network construction are provided to conduct an actual technique test of a qualifying examination using a member store network of an affiliated concern. CONSTITUTION: A central managing system(10) includes a central managing server(12) which publicizes a qualifying examination schedule, a place, and successful applicants, and manages a web site for conducting a written examination by on-line, and conducts the qualifying examination. A plurality of affiliated company systems(20,30) include an article information storing unit for storing article information including a receipt place and an after service period of an article of an affiliated company and a transmission unit for transmitting the article information and an evaluation result of the actual technique examination to the central managing server(12). A plurality of applicant systems(45,55) supply a unit for enabling an applicant to connect to the web site through the Internet or a wireless/wire communication network, conduct a written examination, and select an actual technique examination place.
