PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for vibration-proof rubber foam, which has a vibration transmission of 0.1 or less, thereby showing an improved vibration-proofing property, and a method for producing the same, and a vibration-proof rubber foam produced by the method. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 5-100 parts by weight(based on 100 parts by weight of natural rubber) of oil, 0.5-10 parts by weight of sulfur, 1-20 part by weight of foaming agent, 1-20 parts by weight of foaming promoter, 0.5-100 parts by weight of filler, 0.5-10 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 0.1-20 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 0.1-20 parts by weight of stearic acid, and 0.5-10 parts by weight of releasing agent. The oil is selected from the group consisting of naphthenic oil, aromatic oil, paraffin oil, or a mixture thereof.
