PURPOSE: A thermal apparatus for producing ascon product is provided to by directly introducing waste ascon in a mixer of a common heating plant without heating and drying it at room temperature to produce new ascon for pavement of road together with hot constructional material and asphalt. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises at least one hopper(1) for waste material; a belt-feeder scale hopper(2) to measure amount of the waste material output from the hopper(1); a delivery component(3) at lower part of the scale hopper(2) to move the waste material; a temporary hopper(4) at the same time to hold the waste material then to introduce the material simultaneously with fresh constructional material from hot bin(107) into the mixer. The hopper(1) consists of a body; an opening/closing door; a driving cylinder to open/close the door; and a vibrational device to keep a space between the waste material and sloped side of the hopper.
