A Method of Manufacturing Functional Bio-Feed Additive from Brown-seaweed Wastes and the Functional Bio-Feed Additive Manufactured thereof

PURPOSE: A method for producing feed additives by fermenting roots, stalks, young leaves and sporophylls of brown algae is provided which produces functional feed additives containing rich nutrition of brown algae and has prevention effect of environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The waste brown algae is crushed on a roller and fermented with marine microorganisms containing -proteobacteria groups in a storage vessel and then dried. For an example, 2 tons of waste brown algae are cut and crushed into 1 to 5cm, and they are packed into a vinyl pack with a size of 60cmx90cm in an amount of 30kg with spraying marine microorganisms DS-01(KCTC-SD1006) in an amount of about 5L per pack, fermented for 75 days, dehydrated and then dried to produce 270kg of feed additives.
