PURPOSE: A winch type water gate is provided to remove impurities caught in the top and the side of a water gate or a water gate and a frame by injecting high- pressure water. CONSTITUTION: The winch type water gate coupled with an underground barrage for water storage or an underground barrage for water improvement comprises a water gate frame(5) fixed to a support(9) and a dam(8), many water injectors(5) installed on the upper and lower ends of a water gate(1) and connected with a pipe(4) connected with a water storage house(7) installed on a channel of a river, and a water intake net(10) installed on an end of the pipe(4) to take water in and to intercept inflow of impurities.
