PURPOSE: A spinal body forming apparatus for treating pain of spinal compression fracture and method thereof are provided to restore a fractured spinal body to a normal size by enlarging using a stent and a stent retractor. CONSTITUTION: The spinal body forming apparatus for treating pain of spinal compression fracture and method thereof to prevent the second fracture progression are characterized by the spinal body forming process comprising perforating a hole through the fractured spinal body using a trocar(10); inserting a stent(20) and a stent retractor(30) into the perforated hole to enlarge the fractured region(100) to an original state; and pouring bone cement(50) into the spinal body.
