System and method for english ability test using a voice cognition system

摘要

PURPOSE: A system for evaluating English ability using a voice recognition system and a method thereof are provided to evaluate an actual English conversation ability by setting a question as a character, an image, or a voice to a personal computer system on the Internet, and comparing/analyzing/evaluating answers and data being transmitted through a voice input unit. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation party inputs test management information, examinee information, a question, test data information, and data according to each part in a database of a management system through an input system of a computer system(S10). The management system transmits the question to a test room and personal computer system through the Internet for progressing a test(S20). If an examinee transmits an answer to the management system as a text or voice file using the test room and personal computer system through the Internet, a test evaluation system marks the answer, evaluates a level of the examinee, and calculates a score(S30).
