PURPOSE: A language study practice device by parallel wire connection method is provided to perform data transmission/reception in parallel in order to provide a low cost and efficient learning facility. CONSTITUTION: A main system port(100) receives learning contents generated in a central management part and branches it into each channel, or transfers data inputted through each channel to the central management part. A demultiplexer and multiplexer(200) synthesizes signals branched through each channel in the main system port into one transmission channel and then output it, or branches data inputted through one channel into each channel. A clipper passes only a corresponding synchronous signal by filtering a synchronous signal, and a N-ary counter turns on a switch if the filtered synchronous signal coincides with a peculiar number of a device after counting the synchronous signal as a clock, and a microphone and speaker transmits a sound to a communication channel connected to the demultiplexer and multiplexer or generates a received sound as a voice. A channel discriminator(310) recognizes channels by the counter by detecting the synchronous signal. And an address decoder(320) prevents mixing and transmission error of data when the demultiplexer and multiplexer separates one channel into a plurality of channels.
