APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WORK SPECIFICATION IN ASSEMBLY PROGRESS OF A VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for working specifications for control of a component assembly process are provided to prevent misrecognizing of specifications by indicating working items of a worker when a vehicle enters a working place. CONSTITUTION: A system for working specifications for control of a component assembly process includes a vehicle sensing terminal(410,420,430,440,470), an operation control terminal(480), and a monitor(460) for a worker of a line. The vehicle sensing terminal detects if a vehicle is entered to the line, reads data of specifications of the vehicle and senses if the vehicle is drown out from the line. The operation control terminal directs working items according to data of specifications of the vehicle. The operations control terminal decides if an operation of the line for the vehicle is finished. The monitor shows working items of the line transferred from the operation control terminal. Consequently, the worker works according to the indicated working items of the monitor without deciding specifications of the vehicle directly.
