PURPOSE: To elect fair persons without cozy relation with parties concerned in relation with the construction for nuclear power station as an orderer by negotiating with electric power company and the like by taking opinions of local residents. CONSTITUTION: A reactor power station management system has in the constitution a reactor computer, a construction computer and a maintenance and control computer. The reactor computer records a contract made between orderer in fair position elected by the will of local residents and a reactor manufacturer based on the negotiation with an electric power company and transmits it to a computer managed by the reactor vender. The construction computer records the contract exchanged between the orderer and the construction farm and transmits it to the computer managed by the construction farm. The maintenance and control computer operates the reactor power station and records data formed by the electric company responsible for its maintenance and control.
