PURPOSE: A method and system for estimating project expenses for a construction project using results data are provided to estimate an equipment cost and a construction cost at a project planning stage by converting expenses of a previous similar project into the current project expenses based on a results data of a previous construction project and correcting a time and a unit capacity. CONSTITUTION: If a project is selected out of a plurality of previous project results(S301), estimation information of the selected project is copied(S302). If at least one previous project result is selected, a weighted average value of a labor and a price according to each process is calculated from project result data of the selected project, and a project expenses application price database is created(S303). A basic estimation database is created by adding the copied estimation information of the selected project to the project expenses application price database. The created basic estimation database is corrected collectively adapted to requested contents and a characteristic(S304). After completing the correction, if the estimation data are different from new project, the estimation data are deleted, appended, or replaced(S305). A specification of a device is replaced, and an equipment cost is executed(S307). A construction cost is correct with respect to an item related to a construction only, and a construction cost is estimated(S308). An indirect cost is correct out of a construction project expenses(S309).
