The Device of Tensile Test for The Detection of Acoustic Emission

PURPOSE: A tensile tester for detecting an acoustic signal is provided to detect the acoustic signal generated from a sample piece by shielding acoustic noise generated from the tensile tester. CONSTITUTION: A tensile tester tests tensility of a sampling piece(3) by detecting an acoustic signal generated from the sample piece(3). The tensile tester includes a tensile jig coupled to jigs(1,2) connected to the tensile tester and an acoustic sensor(8) attached to the tensile jig. The tensile jig has a sample piece supporter(4), which is formed at a lower end thereof with a guide slot, an upper plate closely coupled to the sample piece(3) inserted into the sample piece supporter(4) and a lower plate(6). The acoustic sensor(8) is attached to a predetermined portion of the upper plate or the lower plate(6).
