APPARATUS FOR PREPARATION OF AGGREGATE AND RECLAIMED SAND FROM CONSTRUCTIONAL WASTE

PURPOSE: Apparatus for producing aggregate and reclaimed sand from constructional waste is provided to re-use crushed materials and sand mostly contained in stone powders produced in constructional fields and to reduce waste-water and expense for selection of materials to be re-used. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a vibrational bar(3) and a screen(17) to divide fine aggregates and soil powders; a belt conveyor(4) to transfer the selected waste materials to a jaw crusher(5); magnetic sorting devices(6,12) to remove metal pieces; another vibrational screens(7,13) to separate aggregates having a standard size and transfer other coarse materials to an impact crusher(11); another vibrational screen(20) to inject water onto stone powders to separate sludge and reclaimed sand; a screw conveyor(21) to wash the separated sand; a sludge conveyor(22) to discharge sludge; and a brush conveyor(23) to remove floating wastes.
