PURPOSE: Development of complex DNA and protein vaccine against infectious virus in aquaculture salmon, and optimization of vaccine treatment are provided, thereby effectively protecting fishes from viruses. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus(IPNV) VP2-VP3 having the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 12 is provided. A prokaryote and eukaryote expression vector contains the total or a portion of IPNV VP2-VP3 fusion gene. A DNA vaccine composition for the treatment and prevention of IPNV comprises the expression vector containing IPNV VP2-VP3 fusion gene. A fusion protein of infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHNV) G-M1 having the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 13 is provided. A prokaryote and eukaryote expression vector contains the total or a portion of IHNV G-M1 fusion gene. A DNA vaccine composition for the treatment and prevention of IHNV comprises the expression vector containing IHNV G-M1 fusion gene.
