METHOD FOR IMMOBILIZATION OF CONCENTRATED CULTURE BROTH INCLUDING WHOLE MICROBIAL CELLS IN CAPSULES AND A CAPSULE PREPARED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for producing capsules immobilizing the condensed culture broth containing microorganisms with enzymes is provided, therefore the additional separation and purification processes are not required and the activity of enzymes can be maintained. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing capsules immobilizing the condensed culture broth containing microorganisms with enzymes comprises the steps of: incubating microorganisms to accumulate enzymes in a medium; condensing the culture broth containing microorganisms and enzymes under reduced pressure to prepare condensed culture broth; and immobilizing the condensed culture broth to produce capsules. In the step of producing the capsule, it particularly comprises the steps of: mixing the condensed culture broth with calcium chloride solution in a same volume ratio; adding xanthan gum into the mixture; and adding droplet of the mixture into sodium alginate solution containing surfactant.
