ON-LINE TAXATION BUSINESS AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SERVICE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for a service of an online tax accounting managing system, is provided for a customer to convert evidence data for tax accounting to a file by using a scanner or a facsimile/facsimile server installed a system of the customer, and to transmit to a web server of a businessman through an Internet network. The method is stable and enables to minimize an error, and is used in administration by reading free from time and place and downloading the data in a demanded type. CONSTITUTION: A method for a service of an online tax accounting managing system, comprises the steps as follows. A customer converts evidence data for tax accounting to a file read in a computer, and transmits the file of the converted data by logging-in to a web server through the Internet. A businessman outputs the file and constructs an accounted database based on the output evidence data; and data demanded by the customer is extracted from the database according to a demand of the customer computer logged in to the web server, to transmit to the customer computer.
