PURPOSE: A novel rhodium-vanadium/TiO2 catalyst for removal of dioxin and nitrogen oxides in municipal waste solid incineration is provided, which has excellent catalytic activity at low temperature ranges and anti-poisoning property for sulfur. CONSTITUTION: The present invention is characterized in that based on the weight of TiO2, 0.5-30 wt.% of subsidiary support comprising SiO2, ZrO2, bentonite and beta-zeolite is added to TiO2, of which the ratio of anatase structure to rutile structure of 9:1 to 7:3, and then further Rd and Vd are added in an amount of 0.001-5 wt.% and 0.1-20 wt.%, respectively. Further, W and/or Mo is added in an amount of 0.1 to 20 wt.%, based on the weight of TiO2.
