Dissociation forming method by diecasting trommel of a boiler for a toy model locomotive

PURPOSE: A separate molding method based on die casting of boiler cylinder for use of a toy model locomotive is provided to make up for defects that are usually observed in connection parts of every separated component. CONSTITUTION: The separate molding method based on die casting of a boiler cylinder for use of a toy model locomotive is comprised of the steps of: separating the toy model locomotive into a main boiler cylinder body, a cab roof(1), and a main front frame(2) and a rear main frame(2), where wheels are to be installed; separating the main boiler cylinder body into an upper part and a lower part for molding; separating the main body into an upper body(10) and a lower body(20), and a running board into a front running board(30) and a rear running board(40), respectively; and forming a front end cylinder(11) by connecting the upper part to the lower part using a front and a rear running boards projected at the both sides of the boiler cylinder body as a central line.
