摘要

PURPOSE: A method for formation of Tricholoma matsutake mycorrhizae on adventitious roots of a Pinus densiflora seedling by coculture of Tricholoma matsutake strains and a sterile germinated seedling of Pinus densiflora is provided. It enables selective inoculation of only Tricholoma matsutake strains on roots of the Pinus densiflora seedling and mass production of a seedling inoculated through the year and is relatively advantageous in establishment of the Tricholoma matsutake strain roots while having convenience of transplantation. CONSTITUTION: The inoculated seedling of Tricholoma matsutake strains is formed by the process: inoculating Tricholoma matsutake mycelium powders obtained by liquid-culturing in a PCB culture medium to the bottom of a culture vessel; pouring mixed bed soil of pearlite and sphagnum peat moss in a ratio of 80:1 to 2 over Tricholoma matsutake mycelium powders; pouring K-liquid medium; placing a sterile germinated seedling of Pinus densiflora with a length of 3cm on an inoculated medium containing the mixed bed soil and K-liquid medium; and coculturing the seedling of Pinus densiflora and cultures of Tricholoma matsutake strains for 24hr at 15 to 25deg.C.
