THE PRODUCTION METHOD OF EGG CONTAINING MIXING IgY ABOUT Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, E.coli CAUSING ACNES AND THEREOF PREVENTING COSMETICS FOR ACNES SKIN CONTAINING MIXING IgY

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a special immunoprotein by antigenizing Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermis and Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC) and inoculating the obtained antigens into a chicken to obtain three antibodies from eggs of laying hens of the chicken. The cosmetic for prevention of acne vulgaris contains the special immunoprotein. CONSTITUTION: A Propionibacterium acnes antigen, Staphylococcus epidermis antigen and ETEC antigen are emulsified with aluminium hydroxide to produce a mixed bacteria emulsion, which is inoculated into a chicken one time. But from two times, the antigens are emulsified with an emulsion aid(ISA25) and thus prepared emulsion is inoculated in an amount of 0.5ml two times every two weeks and then totally three times and the chicken is grown up to a laying hen. The egg produced from the laying hen contains a special immunoprotein simultaneously including anti-Propionibacterium acnes special immunoprotein(IgY), anti-Staphylococcus epidermis special immunoprotein(IgY) and anti-ETEC special immunoprotein(IgY).
