PURPOSE: A ready listed electronic commerce system and method thereof are provided, which needs not construction of a separate cyber shopping mall, always publishes goods capable of buying and selling, simultaneously presents a wanted buying and selling price in a seller and a buyer, and provides a business circumstances for the business to be performed in satisfied condition. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce method comprises the steps of: (S4) inquiring a selling registration column of a system server using a terminal of a buyer, selecting a selling price of a seller suitable to a buying condition of the buyer, intimating a buying intention to the system server, and receiving a goods price to a system operator; (S5) informing to the terminal of the buyer which the buying request and the goods price to the specific goods is received and requesting a goods transmission to the buyer; and (S7) receiving the goods price to the seller when a certain period is elapse. Thereby, a plurality of selling agents to an identical goods are inputted.
