A MUSIC PROVIDING SYSTEM HAVING MUSIC SELECTING FUNCTION BY HUMAN FEELING AND A MUSIC PROVIDING METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A music supply system having a music selecting function based on emotions is provided to mount a device for understanding human emotions on a music player, and to play music suitable for a user's emotion by understanding a present emotion of the user, thereby refining the user's emotion. CONSTITUTION: An emotion checking unit(47) supplies emotion checking lists to a user over the Internet, and checks a present emotion of the user by receiving the checking lists checked by the user. An emotion decider(43) decides the present emotion of the user based on an inputted emotion, and calculates an emotion step. A music selector(45) selects corresponding music according to the calculated emotion step. A data base(49) supplies information to the emotion decider, the music selector, and the emotion checking unit, including user information and music information. A main controller(41) transmits data of the selected music to the user over the Internet.
