PURPOSE: Provided is a static crushing agent composed of alum and clinker including byproduct from the soda ash process instead of kaolin in conventional clinker. The static crushing agent prepared in a low cost shortens crushing time and decreases temperature dependence of final products. CONSTITUTION: The static crushing agent comprises 100pts.wt. of clinker and 0.1-10pts.wt. of K-alum, wherein the clinker is obtained by mixing 50-70wt.% of lime stone with 30-50wt.% of byproduct, generated from the soda ash process, containing CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and SO3, ball milling and sintering 1200-1250deg.C.
