Beverage for Health using extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, Saururas chinensis Baill, Angelica gigas Nakai and Artemisia vulgaris L. and the process for preparation thereof

PURPOSE: A health assisting food and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix a herb medicinal extract to a beverage or an ice cream. CONSTITUTION: A health assisting food is manufactured by: selecting plural herb medicine materials; compounding the selected herb medicine in a certain ratio; hot water extracting while sterilizing; and filtering for heat concentrating. Herein, the raw materials of the health assisting food are 20-40 wt% of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, 10-30 wt% of Saururas chinensis basill, 5-15 wt% of Artemisia vulgaris L., and 30-50 wt% of Angelica gigas nakai. The health nutrition beverage undiluted solution has an excellent effect for providing the beverage and the ice cream with a bitter-sweet flavor for being useful to be used in business.
