Fermentation amino acid organic fertilizer and fermentation amino acid liquid fertilizer and their manufacturing method

PURPOSE: Fermented amino acid solid(compost) and liquid fertilizers using animal blood, alcohol byproduct and yellow earth are provided to prevent environmental pollution and enrich acidified soil. CONSTITUTION: The amino acid solid fertilizer(compost) is manufactured by the following steps of: mixing animal blood(20L) changed into concentrated amino acid through fermentation, and powdered yellow earth(40kg) and alcohol byproduct(40kg); drying a mixture at 200-250deg.C in a rotary dryer; cooling and packing. The amino acid liquid fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: cooling evaporated components, amino acid and mineral of yellow earth, generated from drying; storing condensed liquid; aging and fermenting for 2months; mixing liquid fertilizer(55-65L), sugar(Stevia, 9-11L), pyroligneous liquid(14-16L), flower-aged liquid (9-11L) and yellow earth water(4-6L); vacuum condensing and discharging water through vaporization; cooling and packing.
