摘要

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct a simultaneous synchronous record of ECG and pneumogram. A histogram mode for the duration of respiratory cycles is calculated. It is graphically applied with a spectrogram of high-frequency component of cardiac rhythm. According to the peak of maximal spectral power it is possible to correct the border of low- frequency component of cardiac rhythm. If the peak of maximal power of high-frequency component of cardiac rhythm differs by the frequency against the mode of respiratory frequency by more than 0.06 Hz one should diagnose desynchronization of respiratory and vasculomotor centers of an autonomic nervous system. If the increase of a low-frequency component is accompanied with the alteration of respiratory pattern one should diagnose the presence of psychoemotional tension state in a patient. Application of the suggested method enables to shorten the time of diagnostics, correct the limits between low- and high-frequency diapasons of cardiac rhythm, diagnose the desynchronization of respiratory and vasculomotor centers of an autonomic nervous system and determine the presence of psychoemotional tension in a patient.
