SUBSTANCE: method involves studying prognostic significant signs like somatic pathologic manifestations degree (X₁),, clinical anatomic of intracranial hemorrhages (X₂), deferred cerebral ischemia (X₃),, intracranial hypertension (X₄),, hydrocephalus (X₅),, patient condition severity at surgical intervention day (X₆),, surgical intervention time after intracranial hemorrhages occurrence (X₇),, repeated intracranial hemorrhages (X₈). Discriminant function Y is calculated from the following formula where X₁, X₂...X₈ are characteristic sign values for a particular patient. Y≥0 value corresponds to favorable outcome, Y0 being the case, lethal outcome is the case. Favorable outcome probability under Y≥0 is equal to 100%.
